HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Add Product to Cart
You can choose your desired product by using the search option and then select the size and quantity before selecting Add to Cart. (Limited to 6 pieces per product).
 
Step 2: Choose a Gift / Use a Discount Code
You can select the shopping bag in the upper righthand corner to see your Order Summary, Shipping Details and Estimated Total. In this step, you can add the gift once you’ve reached the specified amount and enter the discount code (if any).
 
Step 3: Order Summary
Press checkout to finalize your order details and to check the number of products and estimated total. You can also choose to our gift wrapping services at this step. 
(Free gift wrapping service when purchasing THB 4,000 or pay an additional THB 100)
 
Step 4: Sign In or Register (If you are already signed in, skip to Step 5)

  • Sign in or Register so that you can fill in the shipping address and invoice. This step can be accessed by: 
  • Sign in via website
  • Register via Facebook
  • Temporary use
  • New registration

 
Step 5:

  1. Check buyer’s information, delivery address and fill in the delivery address for the tax invoice (if any)
  2. Choose a payment method via K Payment Gateway system.
    • Credit and debit card
    • Payment through the bank's website via the QR code (Internet Banking) or you can scan the QR code through the bank’s app. 
    • Pay via WeChat
    • Pay via Alipay
    • Please make payment within 24 hours or the system will automatically cancel the order.
  3. Check the details of your Order Summary once again before making payment
  4. If your payment is successful, please wait until the system displays a “Thank you” page and the Order Number
  5. You will receive an Order Confirmation in your email.   6. You can check your order status under Personal Information > My Order
