PAÑPURI wants to make Holistic Wellness as accessible and your ordering process as easy as possible. Please see below for information regarding Shipping and Returns. 

 

Online Orders

Once you proceed with your online order, you will be redirected to Payment. Kindly fill in your payment details and wait until you are redirected to the Payment Results page. Proceed by clicking on the Next button to enter the PAÑPURI Order Confirmation page to complete your order. 
*Products from the PAÑPURI online store can only be delivered domestically within Thailand.
Note: Credit card payments for every order are required to have the line of credit approved by the bank to continue with the payment process. PAÑPURI will only proceed with the delivery process for payments that have been approved by the bank.

Shipping 

Standard deliveries within the Bangkok Metropolitan area will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. For other provinces outside of Bangkok, your orders will be processed and shipped within 5 - 7 working days and depending on the confirmation payment process of each order. However, please note orders that are made after 12 a.m. (midnight) will be recorded as the next day’s order.
Shipments will occur between Monday - Friday*, free of charge within Thailand for every order worth THB 1,000 or above. 
*Except for public and bank holidays.
*Orders made during the holidays will be shipped by the next working day. 
*PAÑPURI reserves the right to ship orders with authorized payments only.

Cancellation

Once your order has been processed, PAÑPURI will not be able to cancel your order. However, if you encounter an issue with the products or delivery process, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section for more information. 
*Orders may be canceled due to unsuccessful payment authorization.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please check your order details in the parcel. Should you find that the order details in the delivery receipt do not match the products within the parcel, please notify PAÑPURI Customer Service3 immediately.
*Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as evidence in case of returns & exchanges.

*For the Crystal Lotus Aroma Diffuser and First Bud Ultrasonic Scent Diffuser, if the products are damaged or broken within 1 year after your purchase, PAÑPURI will replace the product for you once proven that the product has been correctly used. Please contact PAÑPURI Customer Service3 to proceed with the Returns & Exchanges procedure under our company policy.
**For allergies or irritations caused by Lotus Defense™, ArunaYouth™ and RiceMoss HyaQuench™ skincare products, please contact PAÑPURI Customer Service3 to proceed with the Returns & Exchanges procedure under our company policy.

 

PAÑPURI wants you to have the best experience with our products. Please kindly refer to the table above should you come across any problems or require an exchange or return. You may notify PAÑPURI of your wish to return the product(s) by contacting PAÑPURI Customer Service3 within 15 working days after you have made your order2 and return the product(s) to PAÑPURI within 30 working days after you have made your order. 

 

For allergies and irritations caused by products under the Lotus Defense™, ArunaYouth™ and RiceMoss HyaQuench™ skincare collections, please contact PAÑPURI Customer Service3 to proceed with the Returns & Exchanges procedure under the company’s policy.

 

In the case where the return and exchange requests were made later than the designated notification period, we are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to process your Returns & Exchanges requests. 

 

In the case of exchanges that extend beyond faulty products, missing products, or incorrect deliveries, the customer will be covering the delivery fees when returning the product(s). Additionally, we respectfully request that you use a registered mail service so that we can promptly follow up on your case. Furthermore, PAÑPURI will not be responsible for damages caused during the delivery procedure in the case of returns and exchanges.

 

In the case of exchanges, PAÑPURI will proceed to replace and ship the new replacement to you within 30 working days from the day PAÑPURI first received the package from you. 

 

PAÑPURI reserves the right to refrain from making exchanges that do not follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. In such cases, PAÑPURI will inform you within seven days after we have received the returned product(s). We will respectfully halt the exchange request and proceed to return the product(s) you have sent us within 30 days, starting from the date PAÑPURI first notify you of the decision. Please kindly note that you will have to cover the delivery expenses in such cases. 

 

This Returns & Exchanges policy is only applicable to online orders made on panpuri.com only. PAÑPURI will not accept any returns and exchanges of products purchased via other channels.  

 

PAÑPURI reserves the right to make changes to our Customer Guarantee policy as deemed suitable without any prior notice.
